March 2018. I take a look back at March 2018. This is to review whether or not I met my goals and review my stats for YouTube/Blog.

In this post, I want to share my activity from March 2018. At the start of January 2018, I uploaded a video to my YouTube channel to share my goals (business/personal) for the year of 2018. In this blog post, I will share my March 2018 stats and whether or not I reached those goals.

Thankfully my watch time and views were up in March.

March 2018 Blog Stats

March 2018. I take a look back at March 2018. This is to review whether or not I met my goals and review my stats for YouTube/Blog.

My top 5 referrers were: Pinterest with 207 views, Facebook with 83 views, Stumbleupon with 96 views, YouTube with 76 views and Search Engines with 57 views.

In March I also added some adverts to my blog and made $0.01, clearly I’ll be a millionaire very soon.

Looking ahead to 2018 as a whole, my goal on YouTube is to achieve 6,000 subscribers for a total of 12,000 subscribers by December 31st, 2018. In March I gained 350 subs the number now stand at 6,950. Realistically I need to gain 500 per month. However, I’m happy to have improved on February subscriber numbers.

Ava goals:

  • Reduce screen time
    • Not a great month for reducing TV. I’ve found myself leaving the TV running for the majority of the day. Ava doesn’t constantly watch it, but more than she should. I need to sort through and organise the Tot School materials I have purchased and make a schedule.
  • Daily “learning” activities
    • Ava turned 2 years old late March. I’m very honest on this blog and will disclose that we did not complete many Tot School activities.
      • She now says “Hello”, “Mama”, “Car”, “Two”, “Three”, “Dada”, “Nana”, “Balloon”, “Bye” and sounds out the letter “C”, “H”, “D” and “L”. I’m super proud of her speech development in March. However, she is quite selective about when she speaks. It’s on her terms and no amount of encouragement makes her speak if she wishes not too. As I’m around her 24/7, I do figure out her words quicker than others. Most are still mumbles and grunts but she is coming along.

Personal goals:

  • Read 1 book in each of these categories: financial, leadership and self-development
    • FAIL
  • Spend 4 hours learning French
    • FAIL

Overall it was a good month for my blog, with lots of views. I”m also very happy with my YouTube analytics for March 2018. My personal goals have been abandoned, I need to work on this for April 2018. Lots to improve and lots of research if I’m going to hit those 2018 goals. I hope you’ve enjoyed reading my March 2018 review.

Until next time,

Karen x
